Parcel from China

The post office cut a wide opening on the parcel, the cut was so deep that the inner packaging ( including the contents ) was also damaged, and re taped with the brown tape, you can see the post office logo on the tape.

What they wanna find? no x-ray machine? can't open it smoothly?
